  2. Calf (circumference) Measure around the (widest) part of the calf
  3. Upper Thigh (circumference) Measure around the (upper thigh) 2-inches below the groin
  4. Leg (length) Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor

For Example: If you want a pair of (pantyhose / tights) compression stockings – (5) measurements are required for an exact fit.

  1. Ankle (circumference) Measure around the (smallest part of the ankle just above the ankle bone)
  2. Calf (circumference) Measure around the (widest) part of the calf
  3. Upper Thigh (circumference) Measure around the (upper thigh) 2-inches below the groin
  4. Hips / Waist (circumference) Measure which one is the biggest – hips or waist
  5. Leg (length) Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor to determine if you are a Short length or Regular length
