The Summer holidays along with the Hot Heat – is HERE! We’ve waited all year to getaway for the summer. Chances are you have booked a week at the beach or some nice getaway at the lake or on the river for relaxation. However, if you see signs such as, your legs feeling heavy and tired and aching and there’s swelling and bulging in your blood vessels in lower extremities of your legs and feet, you are a true candidate for varicose veins.

Some symptoms of Varicose Veins may include:

  • Itching of the legs
  • Legs aching with sight Pain
  • Heavy legs and leg fatigue
  • Swelling of the legs and feet
  • Skin color changes in the feet and legs

  • Strongest hours of rays are between 10am and 2pm
  • Wear a cap, visor or wide brimmed hat to cover nose, lips, eyes and face
  • Fair-skinned people should be especially cautious
  • Lather up with Sunscreen regularly, especially at the beach or around glistening water
