Only the highest quality products are sold by The Natural Effect, Inc. We Guarantee 1st Quality products and our merchandise is always tested and evaluated by the manufacturer before being shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy
Please examine your purchase for any defects when they first arrive. Please notify us within 72 hours of any manufacture defect. Manufacturer defects will be gladly replaced. All merchandise must be returned in original package. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our error. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days of invoice.  Stocking can be tried on for proper sizing and fit. Stocking that have been worn or damaged by consumer wear may NOT be returned. If any Damaged garments are Returned without a RA # and Damaged will NOT be Refundable. We allow 30-Days for Returns. There will be a 25% Restocking Fee deducted after the 30-Day Period of any Returns.

How to Return Products:
If you need to (Return/Exchange) an item…please contact The Natural Effect, Inc. for a Return Authorization (RA) number which will help us quickly identify your package when it arrives, therefore helps us to more-efficiently to process your refund, exchange, replacement or credit your account. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department.  Returned items must be prepaid and sent by US Post. We suggest you purchase insurance for tracking and for you own protection. We will credit your account, after our Inspection Department assures accountability of product. Do not use UPS, FedEx couriers etc. to return items. Please email us at: customerservice@rescuelegs.com…or by Fax: 1-877-232-8855  to request a Return Authorization (RA). This Return Authorization (RA) must be written on the outside of the shipped package.  Returns without this number cannot be accepted.
