I recenlty ordered a couple pair of compression stockings from you (The Natural --Two way stretch Thigh High 30-40 mmhg). One pair in beige and one in black. I want to thank you for a wonderful buying experience. When I was looking for stockings that met my doctor's specifications, I spoke to a number of different companies.
I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, but the lady with whom I spoke at Rescue Legs was the nicest, most helpful and most knowledgeable of anyone I'd talked with. She even knew the product numbers of the Carolon stockings my doctor had sold me off the top of her head without having to reference a catalog. She steered me to your "The Natural" brand which seem to be identical to those I currently wear,
I ordered on 09/28/2017 and wasn't expecting to receive the stockings until 10/03/2017. To my surprise (and delight) they arrived in the mail today (10/01/2017).

The only thing that I haven't done, at this point, is try on the stockings. Since their size numbers correspond exactly with the Carolons, I am relatively certain they are perfect.
Thank you for all the help in selecting the appropriate stockings. I couldn't have expected, nor experienced, a better buying experience. Any further stocking orders I have WILL be from you.
In addition, as I mentioned previously, my doctor (a board certified vein specialist) uses Carolon products in his practice. The next time I see him I am going to tell him about Rescue Legs, your "The Natural" brand made by Carolon and how to get in touch with you. I have no idea what financial arrangement you may or may not have with medical professionals, but if the very reasonable price I was charged (as a retail customer) is any indicator, he may be interested in contacting you.

I truly thought customer service was a thing of the past...but you have restored my faith. I needed support hose for traveling...not really knowing what I needed, I ordered what I thought I should have. The next day I received a call from a very nice lady who was sure I wouldn't be happy with my order and made a suggestion that I accepted. The hose came two days later and were spot on. I want to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding assistance provided by a member of your customer service staff Jamie. I have been looking at so many websites over the past few days and am so thankful I found your company. I got an immediate call back and Jamie was so gracious in suggesting the proper stockings for me to order. I must tell you this has been so wonderful as it was a daunting task to try and figure out on my own. My thanks to Jamie! I placed my order a few minute ago.
Thanks for your quick response to my email to return and exchange for another size. I returned the sock and got the size I needed within one week. That ?s what I call caring and good customer service.
